Some taxpayers are facing the issue upon opting for reset of GSTR3B. Upon resetting the return late fee becomes visible for the month it was waived off. However, GSTN has communicated that this is just the system process. As the form is made editable, it displays the late fee even for the waived months. However, upon clicking submit GST system recalculate the fees and resets it back to 0(zero).

Hence, the visible late fee can be ignored.
