The period for migration from VAT/Service Tax and Central excise ended on 31st December 2017, being the period of six months from the appointment date. The migration was possible by filling up Form REG-26.

As the given time period have now expired, the facility to migrate has been withdrawn from the portal and the taxpayers who have not migrated using the provisional ID, will now be required to apply for fresh registration.
