Step 1: Click on “Create Sub user” under “User Management” option on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 2: The OTP is sent to the registered email address mobile number. Enter this and click “Validate”
Step 3: Enter details on the “User Creation” screen that appears and click “Submit”
E-Way Bill create 1 customer
Enter the required “Suffix Login ID” (customer name) and click “Save” to check availability. Note: If the taxpayer’s username is “abcdef” and it gives the suffix “rvk”, then the sub user id will be “abcdef_rvk”.
Create Sub user e-Way Bill 2
Enter the authorized user’s name, address, name, phone number and email address that will use this sub user id.
Create a mini user e-Way Bill 3
Select the location of the office/branch where the customer is authorized to generate e-way invoices.
Create Sub user e-Way Bill 4
Select the services available for users of the e-Way Bill portal, i.e. create, cancel, reject, create reports or update e-Way Bill masters. Click ‘Submit’. The system displays an error message if there is any, otherwise the sub user is automatically created and the password is sent to the administrator’s details. Similarly, you can also manage the sub user you created by clicking “Update Sub user” under the “User Management” option on the left side of the dashboard, make changes and click the “Update” button.
